We call this our “baby” Fraxel as it incorporates the same fractional technology as the Fraxel Re:store 1550. In fact it was originally marketed as “Fraxel Re:fine” using 1410nm. Applying the technology of Microscopic treatment zones (MTZ), columns of thermal heating 1/10th the size of a hair follicle is evenly distributed, mainly in the upper part of the skin where greatest sun damage occurs.
